| This condo is perfect for a snowbird getaway! It is located in the beautiful gated community of The Landings on the 5th floor
overlooking the golf course. You will have a covered underground parking spot next to the elevator and there is plenty of room if you want to host another couple or the grandchildren. Enjoy the private
pool next to the condo, relax on the lanai, or BBQ on the gas grill.
If you enjoy walking or biking there are miles of sidewalks lined
with some of the best landscaping of any Ft. Myers communities. This
condo is only a 5 minute walk to the marina! You will also have
access to the private residents only gate with an automatic gate
opener.
There is plenty of fun awaiting you at the Landings. The Landings Country Club
features an executive golf course,Putting Green and Driving Range known for its rolling greens and water hazards.
Tennis enthusiasts will enjoy 13 tennis lighted Har-Tru soft-surface courts. In addition to the pool outside the condominium building, there is a Jr Olympic Pool.
You may fish at any of the 18 stocked lakes. Enjoy the walking
trails, bike paths, exercise room, and riverfront picnic areas
located along the shore of the Caloosahatchee River. The Landings has a harbour and marina with boats available to rent.
The Helm Club features dining, locker rooms, lounges and offers many community activities.
