| Oceanfront Classic Maine Beachhouse on a large private sandy beach in area of fine homes and cottages on the Ogunquit/Wells trolley route. Nature preserves, deep sea fishing, golf, shopping, antique depots, museums and many fine restaurants within 15 minutes.
Classic 1898 Maine beachhouse with most original features (wainscott walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, fixtures, etc.) in restored original condition with updates. Seven oceanview bedrooms (sleeps 16)*, 1 3/4 baths, 2 large enclosed sunrise oceanfront porches, 1 enclosed sunset marshview porch, large kitchen/dining area, living room. Thirty by fifty foot grass and sand front yard within a close knit seawall fence with gated steps to beach. Very gradual beach slope with waters edge varying about 100 yards between high and low tides. Parking for 4 cars.Ogunquit 10 minutes south, Kennebunkport 15 minutes north. On area trolley route for traveling convenience. Perfect for family reunions. Nice.
