Our "Dogwood" unit featues both a screened Lanai, overlooking lake & fairway, and a screened Veranda. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, large armour/dresser, 2 walk-in closets, 19" Cable TV/VCR, portable phone and bath with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, 2 large dressers, large closet and a full bath. The Den includes a 27" Cable TV/DVD/VCR and a Sofa Couch which converts to a full bed. The Formal Dining area seats 6, while the Morning Room, overlooking lake & fairway, seats 4. The spacious Living Room, with Lanai sliding doors, has a large Sectional Sofa with 2 Recliners and a Chase Lounge built-in. A 32" Cable TV/DVD/VCR & CD Stereo rounds out this relaxing area.

Full Kithchen with stove, refrigerator (ice/water in door), built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plus all cooking and dining utensils. Kithchen counter has 3 stools. The Laundry Room has a full size washer & dryer, ironing board and iron, All linens and towels supplied. All utilities included, except long distance phone calls. Single car garage with addtional uncovered parking available.
