| Our tri-level home is within walking distance to the Heavenly Ski Lodge on the California side and a half mile to the beach. It has a living room and sunken family room, each with its own TV and VCR/DVD. NEW WIFI TOO. There's a partial LAKE-VIEW from the deck and dining area. The living room also has a Lopi stove. The family room offers two double-size futons and a sliding door out to the fenced back yard.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bathroom is tiled and offers a double sink to get people in and out quickly. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with black leather chair and ottoman for the leader of the group. The Rose Bedroom has two double-size beds with ample storage and closet space. The Bear Bedroom has a queen-size bed with storage and closet space. All bedrooms offer windows looking out onto the forest.
The kitchen is complete and modern with a garden window of its own. Every convenience your cook will need, we provide. You can choose to eat and run at the breakfast bar or sit down at the dining table and enjoy your meal as you gaze upon the giant boulders and Ponderosa Pines that surround the dining room.
Our wrap-around deck is the perfect spot for the summer barbecue and a night-time plunge in our new Hot Springs spa. Our home has a fenced backyard for the little ones and adjacent forest land for nature walks. There is no smoking in our home. Thanks.New gas bbq.
