| Located on the quiet, non-driving side of beautiful New Smyrna Beach, this newly renovated, NO SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath, completely furnished, direct oceanfront condo unit at the highly sought after Southwind Condominium offers the peace and tranquility associated with being directly on the ocean. Total living area is a spacious 1380 square feet. This special condo with north and south exposures offers unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and covered porch. An abundance of windows and sliding glass doors brings in natural light that brightens all rooms. The location is perfect to enjoy views of the ocean, surf and beach while seated in the living room, making a feast in the kitchen, having dinner in the dining area, lounging in the master bedroom or just relaxing on the porch. Access is also convenient by elevator. Comfortably furnished and accessorized, this unit has all new appliances, linens, kitchen utensils, small appliances (including espresso maker, coffee maker, coffee grinder, ice team maker, blender, and toaster oven) pots and pans, dishes and glassware, window treatments, furniture, along with ceiling fans and TV's in every room. The master bedroom has all new furniture with a king-size bed. The second bedroom also has new furniture with two twin beds. There is also a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A pack n' play unit is also available along with a high chair. Access to tennis rackets, games, toys for the kids, puzzles, books, beach toys, beach umbrella, and chairs. Winter renters have access to the owner's penthouse lounge which provides an area for special gatherings and recreation complete with kitchen facilities, billiards, table tennis, collection of books and puzzles along with a fireplace. The roof deck opens to panoramic views of the beach and the river and is an excellent place to enjoy spectacular sunrises and space shuttle launches. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has recently been installed making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted gated access. In addition, FREE high speed wireless internet access is now available for all renters so you can stay connected to the world while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.
