The large dining table seats 10 comfortably.
Delight in the bright, spacious kitchen equipped with all new appliances and abundant counter space, including breakfast bar, with seating for four.
The adjacent master king suite offers sweeping ocean views and private tile bathroom with double sink, and armoire with 32" TV/DVD. Step outside and discover spacious decks on three levels including a rooftop deck with panoramic views of ocean and bay. Picnic table and chairs, chaise lounges and gas grill are included.
Downstairs find a large comfortable den, bathroom, two bedrooms with twin beds and another king bedroom with private tile bath. The den offers a completely separate entertainment area with large TV/DVD and game table.You could sleep two adults very comfortably in the new queen-sized sofa in this area. This spacious home has a variety of areas for the family to gather in complete comfort. Tasteful, yet casual furnishings, artwork, soothing pastel wall colors, and carefully maintained live house plants all contribute to a sense of warmth and character that make this beach house truly feel like home.
