| This luxury condominium is located directly on Pico Mountain in Vermont, one of the Killington ski areas. It has everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a marble fireplace. Rentals can be made year round. In the Winter ski directly from the condo to the ski slopes. You'll be so close to the slopes that you can actually ski home for lunch. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall, swim or boat in nearby lakes, hike, mountain bike, go antique hunting, plus much, much more. The condo is away from the base area and is private and quiet. The Pico Sports Center is available for exercising and relaxing.
The condominium is on the first floor of the building and has 2 back doors which lead to the lawn behind the building. It allows for easy access from the condo to your lawn chair or just to wander around outside. The kitchen, dining area and living room are not separated by walls which makes the entire area quite spacious. The marble fireplace can be put to good use on a cool evening if needed.

In Winter ski the slopes of Vermont, downhill, cross country, snowboarding, ice-skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, snow-shoeing, sledding/tubing. Antique hunting, shopping and sight-seeing also nearby.
Spring: Here in the mountains, you can watch the budding flowers and the flowing streams as you relax and are amazed at the beauty all around.
Summer: Summertime is filled with activities including boating, sailing, waterskiing, jetskiing, swimming, fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, tennis, and exploring nearby state parks.
Fall: This changing season is incredible. The magnificent leaves are all ablaze and the beauty is unparalleled.
Where is Pico Mountain?
Pico Mountain is one of the 13 mountains in the Killington Resort. It actually consists of five mountains. It used to be a separate ski resort, but a couple of years ago, Killington and Pico merged creating one ski resort. Pico is a quieter mountain than Killington, but if you want to go to Killington, it is all in one system now.
How do I get to the condominium?
Pico Mountain Resort is located on Route 4, 9 miles east of Rutland, Vermont. The condominium is located at the "I" building, condominium number I-101.
When is the main season?
Even though many think that the only season is winter, Vermont is great in all seasons. The fall colors will blow you away as you see the whole array of colors throughout the mountain tops. Spring and summer have a great variety to do. There are many golf courses and lakes to experience. Horseback riding and hiking, as well, are all around you.
