The spacious, 900 sq. foot, one (1) bedroom unit has a king bed in a 10X10 bedroom and a day bed at the end of the hallway that converts into a double bed or two twin beds. Has a patio with table, chairs, gas BBQ grill and a 60' dock. Is on the ocean side with deep water access. Is 250 ft. to open water. Both units are completely furnished with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. A quiet community without tourist pressure. Marathon is 45 miles from Key West,
60 miles from Miami and 25 miles from Islamorada

Beautiful view of the Ocean and evening sunsets. Good restaurants and shopping. We have private air transportation from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, Jacksonville and anywhere in the SE USA.
