PETS: Two well-behaved, quiet pets are welcome in all our villas. There are no weight restrictions on dogs.
PARKING is in our private lot with security lighting. Park right outside your door. We even have a car wash pad.
SMOKING is allowed on our covered balconies and in our courtyards. There is no smoking allowed inside our villas. Our complex is located at 2300 S. Atlantic Ave. on the corner of 13th. and Atlantic Avenues. We are centrally located and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.
