| JADE KEYS is located on a quiet, secluded estate ,just off the highway 27, within a 15 minute drive of Disney, directly on an 18 hole, par 72 golf course, opposite the 10th tee. Just a short walk from the clubhouse , putting green, driving range, tennis courts and community pool.
There is an abundance of citrus and pine trees around the estate which makes taking a walk a pleasure. The house is very secluded and the private pool and spa face conservation land, making it a quiet peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
Enter the house and from the impressive hallway, look up towards the soaring cathedral ceilings and enjoy the wonderful feeling of space. Enter the lounge and you will experience the ‘WOW’ factor as you see the stairs leading up to the loft/lounge media room.
The design of the house is unique for this reason. The lounge is designed to relax in with sumptuous sofas and a large plasma tv to make
the most of the large space.
Look through the ‘floor to ceiling’ windows and admire the sparkling pool. Large patio doors with fitted child safety alarms ,lead from the lounge onto the screened ,covered patio/lanai which has a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you enjoy your alfresco meals at the large patio table which seats 6 people in comfortable padded seats. Enjoy a pre dinner drink at the patio bar There is an oversized pool deck surrounding the pool and spa with several loungers to relax in as well as other pool seating. The pool area is surrounded by landscaped gardens with attractive plants, flowers and tropical hibiscus.Because all the shrubs and flowers have grown so much ,they provide total privacy for the whole pool and garden area.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor , entered from grand double doors from the lounge. There is a large ensuite bathroom with an oval bath ,walk in shower and his and hers hand basins . There is a very spacious walk in closet/wardrobe and a TV and DVD
Also on the ground floor ,there is a half bathroom/ cloakroom and a well equipped utility room with various laundry accessories . Here we have also provided pool towels[ no need to bring your own] tennis racquets, golf clubs and waterproofs for wearing on wet rides at the theme parks. The utility room leads in to the garage and games room which we have equipped with full size air hockey table, football table, magnetic darts and pool table This room has been decorated with a sports theme.
Up the attractive stairs, take a minute to view the downstairs lounge from the galleried landing and relax in the loft/lounge media room which has been decorated with a golf theme. Here there is an attractive armoire housing the 31 inch TV,CD,VCR and DVD. The computer desk makes it easy for you to use your laptop and enjoy free internet access, and there is now wirelss free internet access throughout the house and pool area There is a king size sleeper sofa ,therefore making the fourth bedroom, and comfortable wicker chairs to relax in.
Along the landing there is a second master bedroom with a queen size bed ,TV and large wardrobe/closet This room is decorated in a black and white /jungle theme. There is another bedroom with twin beds ,decorated in a pale lime design with luxury bedding including comfortors and optional duvets with washable covers. This bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe/closet and a TV with VCR. It has been decorated to appeal to both adults and children.
On this landing ,there is another bathroom with bath, shower and hand basin.
Much thought has gone into the décor and furnishings with attractive co-ordinating drapes/curtains and all beds have duvets and duvet covers as an alternative to the provided comforters ,for extra comfort and hygiene.
Everything has been chosen and designed to maintain our very high standards, making what we hope you will agree is a truly stunning home for your vacation.
