Located in Oconee County near the middle of Lake Keowee, Magnolia Place is located off of Knox Rd. and Highway 188, approximately 8 miles from Seneca. Magnolia Place has a beautiful view of the big water and the mountain ranges.
This 3 level brick home features 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 1 half bath, and 2 separate shower rooms, in additional to the greatroom, kitchen, dining room, the loft entertainment center and lower level family and entertainment room and billiard room.
Magnolia Place was built with the vacation renter in mind, designed to meet your needs in your home away from home. Magnolia Place features over 5000 sq. ft on three floors. The main floor has an 18 x 24 foot great room, with gas fireplace, big screen TV, VCR and DVD and 22 ft ceilings. French Patio Doors lead from the great room to a 10 x 24 foot deck facing the lake. The kitchen and dining room areas are 15 x 24 ft with Cherry cabinets and solid surfacing (quartz) countertops. The main area of the home features hardwood floors. (24x38- kitchen, dining, greatroom.) The master bedrooms suite is 16 x 18 with a 6 x 12 walk in closet and master bathroom suite 10 x 12 with whirlpool bath, marble shower, double sink and tile floor. A 10 x 16 foot deck also sits on the lakeside of the master bedroom through French patio doors. The main level also has two additional bedrooms, bath, and laundry room.
The second floor has a loft area complete with an entertainment area for the kids with TV, VCR, DVD and room to hook up your game system. Also on the second floor are two bedroom suites off of the loft area, complete with private baths. The basement level has a walkout French patio door, with easy access to the boat dock from this level, a full bath and additional half bath and two separate shower roms. Two bedrooms grace the front of the home with lake views. The billiard room and family and entertainment areas will keep the family busy when not on the water. p>
A large covered dock already sits in the water, with room for 2 extra boats to be tied up. The swim deck is 12 ft by 32 feet with 8 feet uncovered and 4 feet covered for both plenty of sun and shade to make everyone happy. Use of the dock is free and incidental to the use of the house.
The house will sleep 20 people, depending on your family make-up. (King bed in the master, queen beds in the two main level bedrooms. One loft bedroom and one basement bedroom will each sleep 4 people with a queen and full size bed and the other loft bedroom and basement bedroom will sleep 3 with a queen and twin in each room. Each loft bedroom has a private bath. The two loft bedrooms are set up as family suites. One basement bedroom also enjoys a private bath.
Your vacation stay at Magnolia Place is complete with a cleaning service provided during the summer months with a full weeks rental. Guests are asked to leave the home in good condition with the kitchen clean. Linens and towels are available for guests use, but guests are required to launder the linens and towels if they use them. The cleaning service will take care of general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms. A lower fee is available for guests willing to do their own cleaning.
There is a 3 car garage and parking for 2 cars inside the garage, 4 in front of the garage and additional cars in the drive way and behind the house.
