There is a large deck off the ground level and the middle level and a small deck off the top level. Both the Monument and Herring Cove are viewed from the fully equiped modern kitchen: the lounge has breathtaking views of these as well as vistas of the Bay and town spires. The lounge and master bedrooms have cathedral ceilings. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool, shower & bidet.Downstairs bedroom includes a double shower. Top level has maple floors; mid level is carpeted: lower level is beautifully tiled. Laundry facilities and parking. Built in 1995, the inside has been repainted at the start of 2004. This beautiful home stands on over 16,000 sq feet of luscious natural doon land.
