Has covered and non-covered parking, pay washer/dryer on each floor, elevators, and within walking distance to beach side restaurant. Trolley service also available in the area. High speed internet, Unlimited long distance to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, N. Mariana Islands and Canada . Printer/Scanner/Copier Fax is available in this unit.
RATES: Jan 1-Mar 31 $2,350/month; Apr 1-Sep 30 $675/week or $2,100/month; Oct 1-Dec 31 $675/week, $125/night, $2,100/month. Holidays are minimum 4 night stay $150/night, add $175/week or add $250/month. If staying 2-3 weeks (non-Holiday), rate will be reduced to $625/week. $75 one time cleaning fee, 12% resort tax. Security deposits: $200/daily rental, $300/weekly rental, $500 monthly rental, paid in advance via credit card. 45 Day Cancellation Policy. ONLY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED. I ALSO MANAGE 2 OTHER BEAUTIFUL DIRECT VIEW BEACH CONDOS IN THIS BUILDING SO ASK FOR AVAILABILITY ON THESE!!!
