Our charming cottage with SCREENED SHADED PORCH and furnished sitting decks is decorated in Bahama Island style and is highly recommended for those who want the convenience of a private oceanfront home with splendid views at a great reasonable price.
During SUMMER home rents as a 5 bedroom cottage only. Great for family reunions and sets of families or friends, particularly those wanting to use the overflow guest apartment for extra privacy.
NOTE: SEPT-MAY: the home with 3 bedrooms, screened porch & deck can be rented without the overflow guest apartment. This is an extremely affordable getaway for a couple or two, or small families and friends.

We love your Beach Escape!! Being ocean front with its own private deck & beach access makes it so easy to 'hang out,' and not worry about our 'stuff' being bothered. You are the most pleasant 'hosts' I've ever dealt with. You both make us feel so comfortable and at home. I could do a live commercial for your wonderful 'get away.' My family has been going to Topsail for many years and we were so glad to have recently found this hidden treasure. Thank you John and Mary Ann for your great place, it is truly a treasure.* * The house was beautiful, and so was the town. Kids cried when we left which was sad but let us know how much fun they really had. Every thing you sent us was right on the money.

* Your place is not only comfortable, convenient, and pretty, but has a warm, 'at home' atmosphere that made every moment special. Of course, my favorite 'room' was the big back porch.
* Your windows are amazing! We saw dolphins several mornings -- Being right on the beach was a life saver with a 2,4 and 6 year old that never tired of the water and sand.. .. Thanks for being so accomodating too and providing a place lending to such fantastic memories.
