1 BR/1BA Condos (first and third floor units)[2 BR/2BA also available]; sleeps 4- 6 ; conveniently located on ocean near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. Each condo is very nicely decorated and expertly maintained. Fishing pier & swimming pools are available for our guests. These condos are beachfront. Each unit has its own private balcony, and each unit is equipped with modern appliances including TVs,VCRs, DVDs, small compact stereos, microwave ovens, blenders, telephones with answering machine, alarm clock, hairdryers, etc. Offstreet parking is free. A laundromat is on site. Note: There is a 2 night minimum during the Winter ( 3 nights during the Spring and Fall). Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months and holiday weeks.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In case of hurricane or other natural disasters which result in the evacuation of the beach, a full refund of any unused portion of your rental fee will be given!
