| Our furnished 2 bedroom condo is an oceanfront corner unit on the
third floor with superb uninterrupted views up and down the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. There is a large double balcony accessed from the living area and master bedroom. There is a seperate dining area and a BRAND NEW IKEA KITCHEN wih stainless steel appliances- also a front loading washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flatscreen TV/DVD and an ensuite bathroom with shower.The second bedroom has twin beds, flatscreen TV/DVD and a bathroom with
tub/shower. The living area has a 42" Flatscreen TV with Home
Theatre System and DVD player. Enjoy FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. Relax on a sleeper sofa, loveseat or Lazy Boy Recliner and enjoy being 30 feet from the sand! Just sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the dolphins and ospreys - it doesn't get any better!
On the balcony we have 2 recliners, 2 chaises, and a bar table and chairs to eat outside
