| Luxury 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom villa with own heatable screened pool. Located on the beautiful gated Sanctuary community just 10 minutes to Disney, close to Orlando attractions and next to
Champions Gate golf resort. Fully furnished to a high standard throughout. The great room was remodelled in August 2009 and now features a large sumptuous sectional with chaise, flat screen tv and complementary tables as well as a formal dinng area. The Kitchen has oversized fridge / freezer, dishwasher, large cooker and microwave. There is a seperate utility area with the washer & dryer. The master suite has a king sized bed with two walk in wardrobes and a stunning bathroom with seperate shower, garden tub & his & her wash basins. The pool is set on an oversized pool deck
with luxury pool furniture. There is an outside shower and washroom. The lanai provides shade all day whilst the extended pool deck provides all day sun. The villa is set on a large corner plot in an established cul-de-sac.
