Description |
Pelican's Landing Oceanfront Resort is one of only two condo resorts on Shore Drive which offer these three bedroom, two and a half bath units.
This lovely, Smoke Free, vacation condo is ready-made for your next vacation. Elevator equipped, the building sits oceanfront. You'll have plenty of amenities including both a balcony and a screened back porch from which to enjoy the ocean views and breeze. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cooking and serving utensils you'll need. The living room is beautifully decorated with an extra comfy sofabed. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer.
Pelican's Landing on Shore Drive features plenty of off-street parking. Just a short walk to Apache Pier with live entertainment in the summer, or to Ocean Annie's where you can relax the night away! Across the street is the Straw Market with a general store, a Subway, ice cream and pizza parlor, as well as an ABC Store. A short drive gets you to Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, and entertainment like Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and many great restaurants.
Only one mile from 2001, Bimini's, Rossi's, and a 24/7 Kroger SuperStore. Also, close to Broadway at the Beach, with shopping, Ripley's Aquarium, Planet Hollywood, Nascar Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, and many more restaurants and attractions. Carolina Opry and Dixie Stampede shows are only four miles away. And of course golf courses and other excellent restaurants are everywhere!
