| Located in sunny Kihei, Kihei Akahi is the perfect place to spend your Hawaiian vacation. The complex boasts lovely tropical landscaped grounds with plumeria trees, hibiscus and other mature, lush Hawaiian
plants. Across the street, is sandy Kamaole Beach II. Here you be able to catch the rays of the sun (wear sunscreen!) or swim and snorkel in the gentle surf. In the evenings the sunsets provide many opportunities to capture that special photo by which you will remember your time in Hawaii.
My spacious (696 SF), ground-floor condo with lanai opening out onto a large lawn, has been tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished to provide you with a feeling of home away from home. Inside is your own washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In
addition, the condo has an eclectic library of books and VCR tapes -- several featuring Hawaiian history and/or culture -- to enhance your vacation experience.
Vacation Rental Amenities: FREE cable internet access for your laptop. Plug in cable and follow the directions. In-room Safe, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Phone, Answering Machine, Hairdryer, and Washer and Dryer are in the unit.
The Bedroom has a Quality King Bed; the Living Room has a Queen Sofabed. Cooking Utensils, Linens, Beach Towels and Chairs, Picnic Basket and Ice Chest are provided. Two Pools, a Tennis Court and Gas Grills (BBQ)
are on the grounds. Free, reserved parking close to the condo is available. The condo is wheel-chair accessible but please contact owner about access needs before booking.
Please note: The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Deposits
$250 to hold reservations up to one month in length. Inquire for longer reservations. Credit card required to take security deposit at check-in.
Other Fees
Exit cleaning fee of $75 assessed (once) for all stays. Hawaii taxes of 12.42% are extra. Rates are based on two adults. First child under 16 is free. Additional persons are $10 each per night.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit minus $50 returned more than 60 days prior to arrival , Deposit minus$100: 60-30 days before arrival (value season). Less than 30 days (60 days high season): refunds only for nights re-rented. $100 minimum cancellation charge.

In addition to the above, the condo has beach chairs, a boogie board, ice chests, in-condo safe for your valuables, all linens (sheets and towels) you will need, and a library of books and videotapes -- many of them with a Hawaiian theme or content. Snorkelers will appreciate the assortment of sizes of snorkeling fins and masks available for guests to use.
