Our goal is to price this unit very well year round, and to outfit it beautifully and comfortably to give our customers the most value for their vacation dollar. While we are not located on the ocean view side of the complex - we do have beautiful views of the gardens and the waterfall, and even a peek view of the San Luis Rey River to our North. If there is anything negative about out unit it would be the proximity to the Amtrak train tracks - which provides a distinct rumble and vibration caused by passing trains. However, most of the time there is no 'tooting' of horns as the closest cross street is 4 blocks away at Surfrider Way. If there are some distinct positives.. it has to be the privacy of our unit which sits on the end of the G cottage buildings with no one on 3 sides - and no one above us. We are about as alone as any unit could be in a condominium project.

Our beach is renowned for boogie boarding and short board surfing. The jetty of the harbor and the Oceanside Municipal pier make year round wave action both dependable and delightful. If you would rather swim in a pool - we have two heated pools for you to sample. Plus, we have two jacuzzi's - and a complete gym for those who are 18 or older. Men's and women's saunas - and dressing rooms with showers are avail in the gym area .. and we have outdoor and indoor hot and cold showers in the pool side bathrooms. We even have cold showers just inside the break wall for you to rinse off the sand before you get too far inside the complex. A professional BBQ area with state of the art Nat Gas BBQ's is located on a raised platform overlooking the pool area with a gazebo dining area - and plenty of seating. There are also tables and chairs in two semi circles within the pool area.

Our complex has billiards, yoga, pingpong, a putting green, libary, clubhouse, gym, gorgeous walking paths - koi ponds - waterfalls and a specialized stream system that runs all around and through the complex. Your children will delight in feeding the koi fish - but be sure to only use the feed that is obtained from the dispensers at the HOA office.

Being an upstairs unit means skylights in the bathrooms, extra windows all the way around and no noisy neighbors above . Light - bright and lovely. In 2006 we began updating all of our units with new carpet, high speed DSL - new furniture where needed and new beds. This unit has high speed DSL, new Queen bed, new patio equipment and bedding. New carpet, doors, windows and appliances and a custom built in dining bar for the deck were all finished in 2007. We have one of the only approved portable AC units in the complex for summer use only in the Master Bedroom. Inside our unit you will find comfortable family friendly furnishings, kitchenware, dishes and linens - we feature high quality beds (Sealy, Serta, Spring Air) comforters - rather than bedspreads - duvee covers and more. Most of our units offer both down and poly fiberfill choices for blankets and pillows. We are baby equipped in all of our units with a portable crib, portable strap on high chair, umbrella stroller, diaper changing table topper, potty seat, booster seats and toddler sand toys.

Our electronics will keep you amused.. Each of our rooms features a Philips color TV.. 20" wall mounted sets in the bedrooms with their own VCR's attached.. and a 27" in the Living Room with a DVD/VCR combo unit. We also have a full library of some 50 choices in both DVD and VCR format. Our film ranges from Disney Classics to The Matrix. We also have cable TV in every room - so you can send the kids off to their area to play or relax and have the main room to yourselves.

We offer a lovely gas fireplace that is operational year round - enjoy a fire to take the chill off a foggy night - or brighten a holiday evening after your meal. We currently have wrap around black leather couches in the living room - with a matching black double bed futon couch. Fold this couch down to provide extra sleeping for 1 adult (47"x76"). We have a full dining room table of glass and steel - with six matching upholstered chairs. Our kitchen offers a small black and white game table with two chairs for kids who cannot keep their cereal in the bowl. And we also have counter seating for 3 at our kitchen bar. Our deck is large and equipped with tables and chairs for your outside enjoyment. We are above the main entrance waterfall.. and the gardens and sounds here are wonderful. Most nights the pumps for the waterfall are turned off at 10pm. If you take a stroll through the gardens at night - be prepared to see local critters from Opossems to raccoons - as we are a veritable jungle of cover for them .. and the river is just yards away. Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in a wonderful setting close to all the major attractions of Southern California.. at a price that is hard to believe. As Tom Bodette says for Motel 6.. "We'll leave the light on for ya!"

10% tax, $22 HOA registration and $125.00 cleaning - partial rent of $250 required to hold any reservation more than 60 days

Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime - however prepaid amounts are subject to forfeit if the time cancelled cannot be rebooked. Tax, Cleaning and damage deposit is always refunded. Cancel early to have the best chance of obtaining a full refund.
