We have two 1 bdrm 1 bath condos on the same floor of the E building. One faces North and West .. the other South and West.. both with gorgeous ocean views- and both very quiet and protected. Each of our patios has a custom built dining counter in an attractive fish design on cobalt blue tile. You can sit up high on our tall chairs to eat, drink or just relax. We have Cal King beds in all of our units - and new doors and windows too. We offer high speed DSL in all units at no extra charge. Each of our condos has been fully equipped with everything you might imagine useful on your beach vacation. We have coolers, beach mats, beach chairs, boogie boards, volleyball, beach towels, sand mats and more. Pack it all out -enjoy your day on the sand and then just leave all the sand at the beach and bring our amenities back clean and in good condition for the next guest to use. Our kitchens are all full sized and fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a full thanksgiving meal .. including plenty of support dishes, bowls, pots and pans. We have gone so far as to provide each of our condos with two sets of dishes.. one every day white corelware or china.. and fancy dishes for setting a special table for those special events like weddings, birthdays, Christmas etc. You can actually entertain nicely in every one of our condos - and be proud of the accommodations. Our beds are all top of the line - either Sealy, Serta, or Spring Air - with heavy mattress protectors -novaform 'space' toppers or pillow top design. We have clean comforters - duvee covers -nice linens and lots of different style pillows to cushion your head. Of course we provide all the linens and towels and we keep our units stocked with a one week supply of basic essentials like tp, tissue, saran wrap, foil, sandwich bags, cleaners, liquid soaps and more.

For entertainment we have two tv's and two vcr's plus one DVD player and a video libary in each of our 1bdrm units, and we have a full CD/FM/AM/Tape player too. Your children will be pleased to know that each condo has a rollaround cart filled with their favorites like chutes and ladders, candyland, monopoly, checkers, chess, bacgammon and more. We have puzzles and legos for the smallest fry.. and we keep a big plastic tub on the deck filled with sand toys for toddlers of all ages who must build sand castles.

After your much needed rest - get out and walk the complex. you will be amazed at the vegetation - plantings, waterfalls, koi ponds, strolling paths and wooden bridges that meander through our 15 acre complex. We are proud of our 24 hour security staff on duty 365 days a year 24/7. Our complex is gated - protected - patrolled - and in exceptionally good condition.. our landscaping has won awards. We offer two large swimming pools and two large jacuzzi's all of which are heated year round. We have a full gym with all the proper equipment - but only 18 years and older is allowed in it. We have saunas for women and men and plenty of inside and outside showers to get the sand off. A small putting range is below our E building - a library overlooks the pool area - there are several ping pong rooms - and equipment is for rent at the patrol office. We offer billiards in the main clubhouse - again equipment may be rented at the patrol office. Yoga is avail on Wed evenings ... some nights there are bridge games .. and there are always plenty of happy people strolling about enjoying the complex. If you want to BBQ.. just head for the professional BBQ center featuring state of the art professional GAS bbq's and dining gazebo overlooking the pool. No Brickets are allowed anywhere at the complex.

Deposits
Damage deposit $500.00 for weekly rentals - $1000 for monthly rentals . A reservation advance of $250 on your rent will be required for any booking made more than 60 days in advance. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival on all bookings ..

Other Fees
tax and cleaning - 10% tax and $105.00 cleaning $22 guest registration with HOA

Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime - however all prepaid rents are subject to forfeiture. Deposit, cleaning and registration fees are refunded.
