Description |
| Longboat Key is a beautiful narrow island. The gulf water is a gorgeous color of blue and the sunsets are spectacular. This condo is located on the bay side with private beach access directly across the street. (Takes us 2 mins. to walk from the second floor condo to the beach.) You'll be able to enjoy sunrises on the dock as well as sunsets on the beach. Completely furnished. Comfortable, clean and updated.
KING BED in masterbedroom with cable TV and DVD player. DOUBLE BED in semi-private guest room. Large living room with cable TV, DVD player. View of courtyard and pool. Peek-a-boo views of gulf and bay.
Please note we are on the second floor of a two-story building. There is no elevator.

Tenant to pay for $50 cleaning fee upon day of departure. Add 11.5% for Manatee County and State Taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is refundable if the condo is re-rented for the same period. Otherwise, you can apply your deposit/monies toward another date.
