We are one mile from the Sunriver bike/walking trails, which are 40 miles of paved bike/walking trails.

Activities: 3 miles to Sunriver where there are 40 miles of paved bike trails, 3 pools, 26 tennis courts, miniature golf, ice skating (winter), shopping, a multi-million dollar lodge, fine dining, churches, 3 world class golf courses, horses, etc. 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor where winter sports are the best in Oregon including snowmobiling, snowboarding, snowshoeing, skiing,and more. Dock & boatslip on property, boat ramps in development onto river, hot tub, bikes, boats, big screen TV, cable, 4 TVs, Wireless High Speed internet, privacy. Kayak to Sunriver for lunch or ride the bikes!! Fish right off the property!!

Area: Sunriver is 3.5 hours from Portland by car and 2.5 hours from Salem by car. We have direct flights from Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco via Horizon Air to the Redmond Airport, which is about 40 minutes north of Sunriver. There are cars to rent at the airport.

Well behaved pets are welcome. There is a heated mud room and a large fenced yard. Smoking is done outside only.

Deposits
A $250.00 damage deposit is collected up front in a separate check, which is returned un-cashed if there is no damage. You would need to send 30-50% of the booking in advance along with the damage deposit (two checks).

Other Fees
Call for special rate packages!! $100 cleaning plus 8% room tax.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival date. 30-60 days prior to arrival date is $100.
