It has 2 large TVs (including a wide-screen HDTV), a VCR, 2 DVD players with a home theatre system (including iPod docking station), full-size washer and dryer, and a built-in wet bar. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper. We have recently added wireless internet to the villa.

The beautiful Kiawah Island 10 mile-long beach is about a 2 block walk, as is the new East Beach Pool, East Beach Tennis Club, and the new Turtle Point Golf Club House with driving range and restaurant. The East Beach Village Center is about 3 blocks away, with a food court, small food store and restaurant. The Sanctuary Resort is a short walk away.

When you rent from us you will receive full Kiawah Island Resort priveleges, not available with rentals from many other private owners. These include: ---Free use of resort pools ---Use of the resort fitness center for a small fee ---Free use of the door-to-door island van service that takes you anywhere on Kiawah Island ---Lower resort guest rates for golf, canoeing, kayaking, nature programs, kids camp, etc.
