[POOL & SPA:] 30x15 South West facing Pool, Large decking area for lounging. Pool area backs onto an orange grove, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk, much more private than backing onto other properties.
This spacious villa is larger than some 4 bed / 3 bath villas and has been built on a premium plot which backs onto an orange grove (instead of other properties) and the pool and spa areas face South Westerly capturing the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There are 2,037 sq ft of air conditioned living space and an extensive external covered area and lanai. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, all furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a luxury environment in which to relax.
BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom accommodates a King size sleigh bed computer with internet access and cable TV. There is a lovely view through the patio doors to the superb 30ft X 15ft pool and patio area.
There are large his and hers walk in closets, leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate handbasins and w.c.
The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed,cable TV. The views from the bedroom window are onto the Orange Grove to the rear of the villa. It also has its own en-suite bathroom.
There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds and cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.
DINING AREAS
The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, which has another set of patio doors leading to the pool area and finally there is the large lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.
FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There are views through the third set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a HBO TV a stereo system and a Play Station 2.

It is the perfect place to relax.
POOL and SPA
The pool area is south west facing and captures the Florida sunshine from dawn until dusk when it sets behind the orange trees. There is a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a refreshing spa. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade of the extensive lanai.
