Every room has breathtaking views of Kailua Beach, the Pacific Ocean, Ulupa'u Crater, and the Mokulua Islands.
This house is located directly on Kailua Beach, (consistently chosen among the best beaches in the US and is the only beach in Hawaii to rate in the top five in all rating categories).
UPSTAIRS, the house has three full bedrooms with a full kitchen and large living/dining areas. Ample windows and patio doors open onto a 1310 sq. ft. wrap around lanai. DOWNSTAIRS there is an additional master bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, 3/4 kitchen, and another living/dining area that opens onto a beautifully landscaped lawn. All within a few steps of the ocean.
The house is well divided to provide maximum privacy for each bedroom and each bedroom has beach/ocean views and sounds. Everything for a beach outing is provided from grass mats and towels, to a outside shower with hot and cold running water. .
Every moment you will hear the soothing waves of the Pacific Ocean and feel the calming trade winds caress through the rooms.
