The master has a king bed, the second a queen and the third bedroom has twin beds. The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room and living room. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
A separate pool house overlooks the private pool it is not large and contains a studio kitchen, bath and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed. It is perfect for a couple, couple with small children or 6 youngsters.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants, and a golf course are within walking distance. Swimming, snorkeling, surfing, wind surfing, scuba, beach walking and the ocean are at your doorstep. Fine dining, Makena , hotel entertainment and Wailea are nearby.
The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.
The interior of the home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New kitchen, bath and flooring as well as new windows and doors were installed.
