farther than any other building, thus providing plenty of parking
for you and your guest as well as making it very safe for kids to
play. The pool area, new play ground, Tiki Huts and tennis courts
are all less than a 5 min. stroll away. The Private Beach and
Marinaare less than a 10 min stroll.

sure to ask if it meets these Minimum Safety Standards and is
Licensed by the State.
Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties
located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming
infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a
family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these
unwelcome guest. That is why all my units are treated and
inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.
