| The Czarnecky home is one of the finest & # 1 Rented lake front rental homes available in Deerfield Resort, with all the amenities to make your vacation the most satisfying. The Czarnecky Home is a private lake front vacation home for rent on beautiful Norris Lake. A paradise for boating, water-skiing, fishing and golfing. Near Knoxville and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, offering a wide variety of vacation attractions.
Size: 5000 Sq. foot home.
Location: Waterfront in a cove, makes it a safe and relaxing place to spend time on the water.
Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms sleep 21, all rooms have a lake view.

Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, 1 additional shower room. Two of the bedrooms have their own sinks.
Deck: Overlooking the lake and dock, relax as the sun sets.
Hot Tub: For 6, is sunken into the deck with an exceptional view.
Stainless Steel Gas Grill: Professional, oversized and attached to a main gas tank, there is no need for messing with propane tanks on your vacation.
Modern Kitchen: Includes large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, additional commercial icemaker produces 50 pounds per day. A second under counter refrigerator just for beverages. All cooking items and place settings for over 20 people. Downdraft cook top, oven, microwave, and central preparation island, makes it easy to prepare for multiple families.
Pantry Room: A very large room dedicated as a pantry has plenty of room to store all of your food, coolers, beverages and extra gear.
Dinning Room: The dinning table in the kitchen seats 8 along with additional table and kitchen bar can serve up to 20 for any meal.
Central Air-Conditioning: 2 separate systems, one for the top level and a second for the middle and lower level. Every room also has a ceiling fan to keep it comfortable.
Mud Room: A room to drop the wet towels after a day on the lake, right next to the outdoor showers also has a washer and dryer.
Central Stereo System: Each room has it’s own volume control. Includes a CD player and tape deck so you can enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the house.
Great Rooms: 2 separate rooms both with TV and VCR. Both include a card table and chairs, couch and comfortable side chairs. The lower great room also has a pool table. One of the great rooms has a gas fireplace.
Walkway: A paved walkway from the house to the dock. No steps to climb.
Dock: The boat dock has slips for 4 boats and a float for a jetski and plenty of other room for other toys to tie up. It has a roof over the walkway and 2 of the boat slips. The dock is made of sturdy aluminum and a wood deck. Permanent bumpers assist in keeping you boat looking good. A large area for sun bathing and ladder for swimming along with two picnic benches that are covered makes it easy to spend the entire day down at the dock.
Airstrip: One of our community's most unique features is a private airstrip with a 3000-foot paved runway (currently being extended to 4000-foot). The airstrip is located on the highest ridge within Deerfield (field elevation of 1,361 feet) and is asphalt paved and striped. Fly over Jacksboro-Campbell County, Tn. Airport NDB; 204 JAU; Turn 89 Degrees east; 7.5 nautical miles; heading 3-21, unmarked. From Mc-Gee-Tyson, Tn: VOR HEADING 352 Degrees, 27 Nautical Miles.

We pride ourselves to have one of the best equipped and maintained rental homes on the lake. We constantly maintain and upgrade the home to keep it in the condition you expect when you arrive.
Area Attractions:
Boat Rentals: Springs Dock is close to Deerfield Resort and may offer pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rent: 5 minutes driving / 2 minutes by boat
Fishing Licenses: Are NOT available at the marinas, but can be purchased on your way through town at Wal Mart.
Golf Course: The Greens at Deerfield offers a beautiful 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. The course also features a driving range and practice greens. The Golf Shop offers a full service pro shop with a wide array of clubs, accessories and apparel. Golf lessons are available with Golf Pro Mark Brown.
Deerfield's Recreational Amenities:
Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 9AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under 12.
Tennis Courts: Open all year - Daylight-Dark It is not necessary to reserve court time. Rental racquets and balls are available at the Deerfield office.
Sand Volleyball: Open all year - Daylight-Dark Volleyball available at Deerfield office.
Restaurants: The Restaurant at Deerfield offers fine dining and breathtaking views of Norris Lake. The menu offers a variety of items including pasta dishes, chicken, seafood and steaks. The Restaurant is normally open Tuesday-Sunday Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend; Thur-Fri-Sat in April, May, September, and October; and Fri-Sat in November. Hours of usual operation are: 5PM-10PM by reservation only.
The Green's Grill located inside the clubhouse at The Greens at Deerfield offers breakfast and lunch. Open 7 days Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend. Open Fri, Sat & Sun in April, May, September, and October.
Groceries/Fuel: We are 30 minutes from major grocery stores and fuel centers. Freddy's Market is 10 minutes from Deerfield and offers most convenient store items as well as fuel and bait. LaFollette and Jacksboro have several large grocery stores including Super Wal-Mart, Food City, Ingles' and Woodson's Supermarket. You will pass all of these as you drive into La Follette from Exit 134. If you choose to take the Jellico Exit #160, you will not pass any stores and will need to drive through La Follette to Jacksboro to reach these.
Alcohol: Beer and wine coolers may be purchased in La Follette, at Freddy's Market, and at many boat docks on the lake. Liquor is not available for sale in Campbell County.
