Vacation Rental Description

Let your everyday routine fall away as you enter the island, then enjoy this bright, spacious ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath end unit "on the pool, on the beach" in a very attractive, well-established complex. The condo is accessible directly from both the parking lot and the pool/beach areas. You can relax at the pool or play in the white sand and emerald water, all just steps from your patio. The well established, well managed complex is located in a peaceful residential area on the "main street" (Via DeLuna)approximately 1-1/2 to 2 miles from the "heavy commerical mix" of restaurants, shopping and recreation. The complex has tennis courts, pool, and the area offers great bicycle and walking paths. A wide variety of nearby dining, shopping, entertainment and recreation will suit all tastes. The atmosphere of a tropical paradise lends itself to the best of fun and relaxing vacations.

The home was completely destroyed by Hurricane Ivan in 2004, so upon its completion in April, 2007 a 100% new condo re-entered the rental market. The home and the complex are back in extraordinary fashion offering vast improvements and fresh, new surroundings. I welcome you to again enjoy the feel of the island and this home located on the spectacular Gulf!

Additional Vacation Rental Features
The Gulf view is limited due to the seawall, the sparkles of the water vary with the changing dunes and seawall. The view is not expansive, but the convenience of the unit to the beach and pool areas more than offset the limited water view. Bed linens and towels, and a good supply of bath soap, tissue, paper towels and dish detergents are provided. Expert on-site representative for check-in and out, and assistance as needed during your stay.
