Vacation Rental Description

The condominium complex "Villa Alejo" is located at 277 E. Alejo Road at the corner of Alejo Road and Indian Canyon Drive, one block from Palm Canyon Drive (downtown Palm Springs). It is just 2 blocks from the Spa Casino and 4 blocks from the Convention Center. The unit available is as follows: Unit 107 - Two-bedroom, two-bath condominium. Large patio with table, chairs and chaise lounge. Steps to large, heated pool with lounge chairs and spa. Foam float for use in pool and card games and books included in unit. King-size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom. There is a queen-size sleeper/sofa in the living room as well as a DVD/CD/VCR player and Tivo-like DVR. There's also a small library of movies. The unit has air-conditioning, two televisions both with basic and extended cable-TV channels (e.g., CNN, Headline News, ESPN, CNBC, MSNBC), phones with message machine and a computer with printer/copier/scanner and free high-speed (cable modem) Internet service to send/receive e-mail and surf the web. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Walk downtown (only one block to Palm Canyon Drive). Unlike other condos, there's no need to hop in your car all the time with this place.
