This 3200 sq. foot home sits on a 9 acres of VERY private land,
surrounded only by trees, mountains, and the nearby Anahulu stream. It is a 5 minute drive or a short walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The bottom story (1600 sq ft) has private entrances, private patio with dining areas and grill, while
the owners occupy the top story, close enough to ask for advice
on where to eat, where to surf, where to go for fun! The views are beautiful and panoramic from inside the house and out - no
matter where you look you will not see another house, only
greenery! The house is at the end of a private dirt road well off the highway so there is no traffic noise, only the soft sound of the wind in the trees, birds singing and the waterfall. The homeowner has a green thumb, so be prepared to be surrounded by lush landscaping and blooming
orchids. This fully furnished home is perfect for romantic
occasions, family vacations or holidays with friends. The home
is brand new (completed in 1997). Just 2 minutes from Historic Haleiwa Town (known for its country atmosphere, excellent restaurants and quaint shops, and the previous home of Bay Watch Hawai`i! We have views of both the sunrise and the
sunset that will take your breath away. You can get away from it all or be in the heart of Waikiki in a quick 40 minutes. It really is
the perfect vacation home.
