| PRINCEVILLE, KAUAI SPLENDOR!-Our Spectacular Oceanfront Princeville Hawaiian condo is our very special two bedroom/two bath home with incredible views from every room. The moment you enter, you will see the waves hitting the reef and the coastline all the way to Kilauea Point. You will know you have found a wonderful part of Kauai.
Our non-smoking unit is on the second floor with a spacious, open contemporary plan decorated in an elegant Polynesian style including new exotic Bamboo floors. The living and dining areas are accented with beautiful Hawaiian pieces of monkey pod, kiawe, hau woods. Each bedroom has has a tropical flair to match the view. The lanai is a great place to read, have a drink, or just watch the changing panorama of the light and seas. In the winter months, whales are seen playing just beyond the reef as they return to the Islands. This broad expanse of the coastline down to the Kilauea lighthouse is a truly breath-taking sight, one of the best on Kauai.
The Sealodge complex is located on the famous bluffs of Princeville and is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants and trees that are fastidiously maintained. The pool is a short walk from our front door and we find it delightful. Princeville is world-famous for its golf courses: the Prince course (#1 in the islands, #43 in the nation) and the 27-hole Makai Course (#7 in the islands and ranked in the top 100 in the US). Each is unique, both offering fabulous views and challenging play. You can also enjoy swimming, kayaking, tennis, horseback riding, and hiking, to name a few activities. Select from a wide array of gourmet restaurants and shops at the Princeville Hotel, the Princeville Center, and in the world famous town of Hanalei down the valley.
Rental Fees (5 day minimum): $140/day (1-2 people) or $165/day (3-4 people) plus State Tax (12.42%), $110 departure cleaning fee, and $100 refundable security deposit per week or partial. To reserve: a 50% deposit of the total fee, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds are given only with 61 days notification, less a $50 service fee. No refunds will be given within 60 or less days, for non-arrival, shortened stays, or inclement weather.
