Description |
| Welcome to Birch Retreat! Situated on 1.4 secluded acres just two miles from the center of North Conway (Kearsarge neighborhood), our mountain view home is convenient for all north country activities. Each bedroom comes with a CD player.
UPSTAIRS: kitchen, dining room (seats 8), living room with fireplace & 32" TV (DVD, VCR & Bose CD player), deck with gas grill, king bedroom, queen bedroom, laundry closet and full bathroom with jet tub.
DOWNSTAIRS: living room with wood stove & 27" TV (cable, Playstation II, DVD & VCR), recreation room with ping pong table, one double bedroom, one queen bedroom, sauna and full bathroom. Our home is child friendly and includes a baby gate, crib, highchair & booster seat.
Outside there is a large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking, sloping front lawn, small back lawn and basketball hoop. Please be aware that our house is strictly no smoking and no pets.
