This luxurious professionally decorated vacation home boasts 4 King suites, 1 Queen with adjacent bathroom and 2 children’s rooms theme rooms; the Winnie the Pooh room with 2 twin beds and the Mickey Mouse room with 2 twin Bunk beds. The kids room share For additional guests the Game Room offers a portable air bed. Formosa Gardens Estates is the only luxury, executive, gated community within 2 miles of Walt Disney world and is superbly placed for all of central Florida’s attractions. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one-minute drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk in clinic, and many restaurants. After a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the enclosed 30x15 freeform heated pool and watch the kids play in the Mouse Eared shaped children’s pool. For those who enjoy basking in the sun, the outdoor 22x11 patio is for you. Or you may choose to watch Satellite DIRECT TV and movies on the 50” Wide screen Plasma TV in the spacious family room or the private TV’s in all bedrooms. Challenge a friend to a game of billiards, or darts in the Game Room or watch movies on the 42” Plasma TV. The kids can entertain themselves with the many toys, games and Playstation II provided or play outside in the private playground. Need to get some work done? Go up to the loft which features a computer with printer / copier / fax and high speed wireless Internet access. The fully appointed Kitchen and Dining Room can seat up to 16 should you choose to have a home cooked meal. Or just go poolside and enjoy the barbeque. The fully appointed Kitchen includes: Full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender, griddle, pots & pans, cutlery and utensils to serve 16. The Kids Cupboard is stocked with Disney dishes. Kids Corner: 1 full size crib, 2 pack-n-play cribs, high chair, stroller, 2 booster seats, baby monitor, safety gates for the top & bottom of the stairway, baby swing, exersaucer, children’s play table, baby bathtub, potty seat, Winnie the Pooh patio set, pool safety floats, bedtime books & videos and plenty of games for their enjoyment. We employ a 24-hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully licensed and registered with state and county officials.
