| Paradise awaits you in this huge first floor 1000 sq. ft. luxury beach condo with Gulf Front views. Located in the gated community of Bonita Beach Club this is the last complex on BEAUTIFUL BONITA BEACH. There are 7 miles of white sand beach to explore...so watch the dolphins swim, the pelicans feed, go shelling, or just enjoy the beautiful blue-green waters with a long walk.
This condo was completely remodeled in 2005 with all new appliances. It is decorated in Florida colors. There are ceiling fans in every room in addition to new central air (2007). The Bathroom was updated in 2002 with new tile floor in 2005. The kitchen was completely redmodeled in 2005 with Zodiac Quartz hard surface counters, a new ceramic top stove, built in microwave, built in dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator.
There is a bar with a slot machine.
The condo has new tile through out in 2005. The living room has a lazy boy couch with massage, 32" TV with digital cable, HBO, DVD,DVR and new surround sound installed in the ceiling. There is also a cordless phone and fax. We also have a Pentium 4 computer so you can keep up with your E-mail and check your stock quotes. The large bedroom has a king size soft side water bed and a Queen Sealy. The bedroom is equipped with a new 27" TV, VCR, and DVD. Our condo has all the comforts of home so RELAX an ENJOY - PARADISE AWAITS YOU!
