Fish Tale marina where you can rent a boat, jet ski or take a fishing excursion. Our island trolley shuttle service is available to transport you all over our tropical island for CHEAP! So save your precious gas money! Publix supermarket less than 2 miles away. Walking distance to the only golf course on the island. The Beach theatre is only 5 short blocks away. The island offers a community pool park for only $2/person and the kids just love it there! We are in walking distance to many churches and next door to a Holiday Inn that features live music & a tiki bar.

We are 30 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport. We are located on Ft. Myers Beach. We are located mid-island or closer to south end of the island. Walk out back of building & you're on the beach. Walk out front of building & you're at the pool. We are only 2-1/2hrs. away from Disney World & all the theme parks. We are approx 1-1/2hrs from Miami and only 5-1/2 hrs. to Key West or take the Key West Express boat from the island & get there in 3hrs. We are only 2-1/2hrs from Tampa and lovely Busch Gardens. We are 20 mins away from Naples & Sanibel & Captiva Islands.

Pets are not allowed in unit or on the premise. We do not allow smoking in unit but permissible on the lanai area ONLY! We do welcome children. No boats, motorcycles, trailers or RV's permitted in parking lot area due to condo association rules. We cannot rent to anyone under age 25 per condo assoc. regulations.

Deposits
$150 non-refundable reservation fee and 25% security deposit along w/signed contract required.

Other Fees
Rates based on up to 4 guests. Extra guests $100/week. Rates do not include 11% state & county taxes. Holiday rates higher. Special rates given for long term stays. 10% discount if stay is 3 weeks or more.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival date.
