I have a $750,000 spacious 1500 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, glassed in condo with balcony, living room, diningroom, kitchen, master bedroom & bath overlooking a new $400,000 pool, the fly bridges of the yachts, the yacht club, beach, ocean,an island, oceanfront, ocean view. The condo has been decorated for $50,000 in a nautical marine theme, including dolphin statues, mermaid fountain, with all amenities. I also have a $500,000 Townhouse that is behind the condo and overlooks a pool, Chiki and lake and is three stories with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and just spent 50,000 to remodel it with flat screens etc. This is a twenty acre private resort with twenty four hour security, guards, gate, to insure privacy, large beach on John Pennecamp with barbecue, shower, chiki, jetty, tennis courts, large lake with board walk around it and walk across bridge, pools, large pavilion, etc. Please see pictures of condo and property. All this is conveniently located at the end of 1530 Ocean Bay Dr., Key Largo, Florida ,33037 USA.
