Description |
| Located in Keauhou, this OCEANFRONT complex sits on 17 prime acres with coconut palms and lush tropical landscaping. It boasts of three lighted professional tennis courts, a huge pool area, social pavilions, volleyball, and barbecue areas. The ideal location allows you to walk to shopping, movie theater, restaurants, and Kahaluu Beach, probably the best snorkeling beach on the island! Golfing is a three minute drive!
This condo is our second home and we have furnished, equipped, and decorated it as such. It is located on the third floor of a three-story complex which enables us to enjoy the openness of vaulted ceilings. The general motif is Asian-Pacific. Oriental area rugs overlay the neutral carpeting in the dining and living room areas. An enclosed media cabinet has a large screen TV and VCR and is stocked with games and movies.
The master bedroom has a King bed and personal TV and VCR. The guest bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed that can be stowed when not needed. The loft bedroom has a Queen and large Bathroom with walk-in shower and ladies dressing table. PLEASE - NO SMOKING OR PETS.
The wrap-around tiled lanai is furnished with casual dining seating for eight. It faces directly to the West for viewing those absolutely magnificent Hawaiian sunsets. Being only 50 feet from the water's edge, the sounds of the surf and scent of the Pacific fill the air for a vacation experience you won't forget.
