| 500 acre golf course community resort just 5 miles north of Orlando International Airport. Easy access to all major highways to get you to the attractions, beaches etc. Restaurants, shops, banks etc within 2 minutes of condo. Gated community manned 24 hours a day for your comfort and security. This comfortable condo is on the first floor - no stairs to climb. Just steps from your front door is a heated (winter) pool. Parking is also outside the front door. The condo is arranged in a split floor plan for privacy - bedroom at either end of condo with own bathroom. Condo is close to the tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce ball court, kids playground and clubhouse. There is a restaurant and bar onsite by the olympic size newly revamped pool. There are walking and biking trails all over Ventura and we also have a beachy area with cabana on Lake Fredrica - no swimming or feeding the alligators!Bring your laptop - condo has free broadban WiFi and Free long distance calls.
