Townhome sleeps six with 2 bedrooms with full bath attached to each one. Queen size sleeper sofa on first floor. First floor consists of entry hall, washer and dryer closet, living room, dining room, den, 1/2 bath , fully equipped kitchen and screen porch on rear with views of fishing lake and tennis courts, all to be enjoyed by guests.

Complex has beautiful, recently renovated pool,(2 minute walk from unit), with parking right at front door. 10 minute walk across road to beach . Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, ice cream, deli, medical, boutiques and more.

Activities for all ages, too numerous to list all, but a few are : fishing in our private lakes, tennis, swimming, bike riding, watching wildlife, shelling, dolphin cruises, amusement parks,casino trips, world class golf, dining for all pocketbooks and tastes, bowling, upscale shops , huge outlet mall, naval air station with Imax, museum, etc, the Little Zoo That Could (featured on Animal Planet), Boat rentals, surf fishing, deep sea fishing, nature trails and hiking,and much much more. Oh one more thing.. the widest whitest beaches you can imagine just a short walk from your door or a 15 minute drive to a national seashore.

Other Fees
11% lodging tax and $75 cleaning fee- one time charge for entire stay means all you are required to do upon departure is remove all trash, from unit, . turn off lights , lock doors and return keys to key box.
