| This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in Ventura Country Club just north of the International airport and 15 minutes from downtown. The attractions are conveniently located and an easy journey. The condo has had many upgrades recently and is very clean and bright. All living space is on the upper floor so may not be suitable for people who find the stairs difficult. This is definitely a non-smoking property but we have a screened in porch area with seating for your comfort. Ventura has many amenities for your enjoyment. If you just want to relax this is the place to be. Bring your laptop! We have WiFi broadband internet. Cable TV has 200 channels. Golf rates are extremely good value at Ventura. Please ask pro shop about current rates - they change a few times a year 407 277 2640.
Ventura is a 500 acre gated community manned 24 hours a day for your security. There is an on site 18 hole golf course with preferential rates for our guests, restaurant, bar, basketball, pools, tennis, jogging. Ventura is very conveniently located for the attractions at Disney, Sea World etc, the beaches on the Atlantic coast and the Gulf coast. We are accessible for I-4, Beach line, 408, 417, Turnpike etc. The airport is just 5 miles south of Ventura and we have numerous shops, restaurants, bank etc within 2 minutes of the condo.

The large master suite overlooks the heated (winter) pool and spa. The bedroom has ample closet space, tub with shower and separate vanity area, sliding door to screened-in porch. There is a TV/VCR. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and it's own bathroom with shower and tub. The bedrooms are split floor plan = one at either end of the condo for privacy. The condo is an end unit so the bedrooms do not adjoin any other unit. In the living room is a queen sofa sleeper. This is a 2nd floor condo - all living areas are upstairs, entrance on first floor. (2nd floor = 1st floor in Europe) Probably not suitable for people who have difficulty with one flight of stairs. Very small children would need a stair gate for safety. The condo is bright and airy with vaulted ceiling/skylights. There is a large eat-in kitchen as well as the dining table in the living area. All the appliances in the kitchen are brand new - including a ceramic top stove. The condo has just been repainted, has new Berber carpets, new blinds, new living room furniture, new lighting and a major face lift to the outside. There's a TV/DVD and TV/VCR. If you bring your own laptop we have broadband WiFi This condo has it's own reserved parking bay outside the door plus extra parking for guests. We do not permit smoking at all inside the condo but there is a screened balcony with table/chairs where you may smoke in comfort. The condo is completely furnished and equipped - all you need is your toothbrush and clothes!

Ventura is a resort community situated on 500 acres on the edge of Lake Frederica. There are approximately 1700 residences ranging from 1 bedroom condos to 4 bedroom villas. We are gated and employ manned 24 hour security. For your enjoyment there are swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness room, restaurant and bar facilities, library, ballroom for weddings etc, frequent catered events for Holiday BBQ etc, walking/jogging trails, bicycle lanes, lakeside beach with cabana (no swimming!), kids play area with swings etc - something for everybody.
Golf: Ventura has it's own golf course. Guests get the same preferential prices as the owners! The rates are really very economical. Very good location for major highways to get to all the attractions with ease.
