| FREE WIRELESS INTERNET USE IN CONDO. NICEST RENTAL UNIT IN BEAVER VILLAGE.
After 18 months of searching the Winter Park/Fraser Valley for the "perfect" condo to buy, we decided on this condo at Beaver Village. We feel it has a lot to offer, and hope you agree.
Location was important to us, and our condo has it over most. It is nestled in the pines, in the most secluded area of Beaver Village. During the ski season, Beaver Village's own free shuttle bus will pick you up right at our door, deliver you right to the base lifts, and bring you home at the end of the day. With town only a block away, and only one and a half miles to the ski hill, THIS CONDO HAS IT ALL!
Although this unit is located on the third (top) floor of the building, it actually is only two and a half flights of stairs. Our unit is spacious yet has a very cozy feeling. Being on the top floor offers the added luxury of vaulted ceilings with skylights. The bright afternoon sun beaming through the skylight will remove any chill one may have after a morning of fresh tracks.
Another wonderful feature is the thermostatically controlled gas fireplace. With the stone fireplace, and the rough sawn cedar paneling, it is hard not to imagine curling up on the couch to read a good book, watch a movie, or just sit and gaze out into the Arapaho Forest.
There is no lack of sleeping arrangements in our home away from home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bath. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One guest room has a queen-size bed, and the back bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, each featuring a full-size bottom bed, with a twin upper. This affords the ability to sleep eight to ten, making this a great unit for large families, or even two separate families. There is also a door in the hallway so that the back two bedrooms can be closed off to allow more privacy.
We also love to feed the birds from our unit. You will see Stellar Jays, Nuthatches, Chickadees and maybe a Hummingbird or two in the summer. Fill the feeder, and watch them come. Bring some binoculars if you want.
New in 2006 is our FREE high speed WIRELESS internet - for those who can't leave home without their laptops. Sit right at the kitchen table and get on-line to check email - and send all your freinds a note telling them what a wonderful time you are having in Winter Park. Even check out the resorts daily snow report and weather - so you can be prepared before you leave for a day on the slopes.
The club house is for every one of our guests to use. It has a huge indoor pool, with three adjacent hot tubs and a sauna. The club house/pool area is relaxing also. It is maintained second to none. The laundry and game room are also in the club house - so mom can do the wash, and the rest of the family can swim and relax all at the same time.
In our condo, you will find a few added features. We have made certain there is a TV/VCR and cable in each bedroom. There are wall mounted hair dryers in the bathrooms also. The kitchen boasts new oak cabinetry, new granite countertop, new flooring, and has everything anyone would need to cook a simple or complex gourmet meal. We hope you can see that there is no lack of any conveniences.

* Our rates are 60% less than commercial rates.
* There is a $100 cleaning/service fee per rental.
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
