Located in a 12 acre waterfront property with a private bay beach, 2 geo-thermal heated pools, a jacuzzi, and tennis courts, this cozy and bright 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that sleeps 4 will take care of all your needs. Whether you're coming to St Petersburg on vacation, visiting relatives in the area, traveling for business, or seeking a retreat from the winter cold, it's the perfect place for you. Long-term rental is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and all cookware. There is a large table for 6 in the dining area. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player. You have a partial water view from the sofa. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and living room has a pull down murphy bed for 2 more guests. The large screened balcony is a good place to relax and read a book or enjoy meals with a great water view. The private bay beach where one of the pools and jacuzzi and small putting green are located, is just steps away It is centrally located in St Petersburg, convenient to all the places you want to go to. The top 2 of the 10 best US beaches, Fort Desoto and Pass-a-grille, are nearby. Centrally located, it's just 8-10 minutes to the gulf beaches, golf courses, or downtown. Shopping and restaurants are abundant in the surrounding area. Local attractions include Sunken Gardens, dolphin cruises, nature parks with wildlife, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium.
