The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms and most of the sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD players for your convenience. The first bedroom has a bunk bed (twin top and double bottom) and an additional twin bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a high quality full size futon sofa bed. There are two more of these comfortable futon sofa beds. One in the downstairs family room and the other in the living room. For a full house, there is also a roll away twin bed, a queen size air mattress and a twin size air mattress.

While on the property, take in the long distant views to the mountains, orchards and oaks, from the decks and patios. Invite friends to join you as you tour the beautiful "Pass of the Oaks" Paso Robles Wine Country. Enjoy a BBQ or relax in your private spa under the beautiful star-lit sky, while the kids entertain themselves playing ping pong, foosball, darts, teeter totter, video games, one of the many movies or boardgames. The backyard also has a charming tree house and swing hanging on the old oak and lots of grassy area to run around and play on.

There is a horse stall located on the property. You can send your horses out in the enclosed pasture to feed, or in the seperate fenced corral.

This property is also 'pet friendly'. Pets are not allowed inside the house, but there is a separate laundry/utility room that may serve as convenient quarters for one medium size or possibly two small animals. Larger pets are welcome to stay in the pasture, corral or stable areas.
