| The Landings of Largo is a gated
waterfront community located mm 98 bayside in Key Largo. The Landings is a beautifully maintained property with 126 units, 2 pools, clubhouse and exercise room, tennis courts, and marina with boat ramp. Boat
slips are available for rent.
This unit is a 2 BR 2 bath waterfront unit which has been
recently updated There are waterviews from both the living area and master bedroom. It is beautifully decorated and comes
completely equipped for every
comfort and convenience.
The master has a king with private bath and TV, the guest
has 2 twins and a brand new
queen size pull out in the living
room. There is a full entertainment center with stereo
DVD and VCR. There is a full size
washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. We have high speed
internet and a small desk if you
must work in paradise. Linens
are provided, even the pool towels! This townhome is an
end unit which makes it open and
spacious. There is parking for
2 cars underneath and a furnished screened patio for
barbeques! Everything is included for your vacation in
the Sun! Just bring your bathing
suit!
