Over 660 acres of the 1,000 acre community landscape is devoted to golf course, lakes, wetlands, conservation areas and a 70 acre Nature Park on the Myakka River. Other amenities include tennis, 2 resort-style pools, spa, biking and walking trails, canoeing, fitness center and a restaurant with bar.
Built in 2005, this beautifully furnished lakefront 2500 sq ft home boasts a separate formal living and dining room with access to a full guest bathroom. A modern gourmet kitchen opens to a large family room with 64” projection TV, DVD player and cozy sectional overlooking the lake. For those who need to stay connected, there is an office complete with a DSL connection, printer, cherry desk, bookshelf and file cabinet. The luxurious Master Suite includes a King size bed plus chaise long to relax and enjoy the water views. In the large master bath you will find a separate bath tub and Roman shower with his and her vanities. Guest room # 1 offers a Queen bed with a modern beach style and Guest room # 2 offers a twin bed in a warm and fun style. Between the two guest bedrooms there is a cute Jack and Jill bathroom. This home is fully upgraded diagonal tile, wood floors, crown molding, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, designer lighting, ceiling fans, and front loading washer and dryer in separate laundry room. I can’t say enough about this home.
