The 2800 sq ft includes 4 large bedrooms, each with a private bath, a spacious great room with Pool Table, 52” Flat Screen LCD TV, Fireplace, Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops and dining for 10. The master bedroom overlooks the private spa & pool with a 2nd fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and large walk in closet. Conveniences available throughout including High Speed Wireless internet (.11N), dual AC, ceiling fans in each room, washer & dryer, CD & DVD entertainment center, and Digital HD Cable. The kitchen includes a preparation island, cherry cabinets, pantry, double ovens, gas cook-top, French door refrigerator with ice maker & water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and is fully stocked with table settings for 12. Top of the line bedding for the king and 3 queen beds, plus a queen air-bed in the large sectional sofa provides comfortable sleep areas for 10+. The pool area has a gas grill, 2 dining tables with 4 chairs each and lounge chairs to relax in the sun. Everything is new (furniture, bedding, carpet, paint) in this 3 year old home which was recently set up as a vacation retreat.
