Very spacious and comfortable condo located in Ventura Country Club a 500 acre resort community just 5 miles north of Orlando International Airport which has gated security - manned 24 hours a day for your comfort and security.
This 1765 sq ft condo has all the living quarters on 2nd floor. There is a large eat-in kitchen. For your convenience there is also washer and dryer. There is a combination dining area / living room. The floor plan is split to allow privacy. There are two master suites and a guest third bedroom. The main master suite features a large garden tub with the bedroom overlooking a tranquil pond and fountain. There is a king size bed, queen size bed and two twin beds. There is a one car garage, parking pad and ample guest parking. There are two pools. The clubhouse with restaurant and bar, tennis courts, basketball court, kids play area is located nearby. The Sanctuary is a very quiet residential subdivision in Ventura Country Club.
