Our unit is located in the second building from the beach. You are about 50 feet from the white sandy beach and the pool. You can sit on the living room sofa and watch the waves on the beach while sipping on your morning coffee. The living room and master bedroom open onto a private, L-shaped, partially covered balcony which overlooks the pool and the ocean (see photo on left). Our unit has all of the conveniences of home including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, cable television, DVD/video player and fully furnished kitchen. The unit sleep up to six with queen sized bed in both bedrooms and a queen sofa-bed in the living room. There are 2 covered parking spaces beneath the building for your use. There is no elevator in our building. Pier 33 Grocery is located directly across the street for last minute items. Bahama Bob's restaurant is within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit will be returned if notified in writing at least 3 weeks before you are due to arrive. After that time, we can only return your deposit if the unit is re-rented.
